The 2025 Sierra Denali Ultimate offers GMC’s latest safety and technology, including up to 14 available camera views.1 Each view is intended to help make navigating in tight spaces such as parking lots easier and maneuvering the truck, with or without a trailer, more enjoyable. Let’s take a look at each available camera view:
Transparent Trailer View2 allows you to virtually “see through” a compatible trailer.
Hitch View displays a zoomed-in view of the hitch area to assist with aligning the hitch ball with the trailer coupler and monitoring the trailer connection.
Bed View with Zoom & Hitch Guidance displays a view of the truck bed and the area behind the vehicle to assist in cargo or hitch monitoring or when hitching to a fifth-wheel or gooseneck trailer.
Front Camera View displays a front view with available guidelines to assist with parking.
Rear Camera View with available guidelines, provides a view of objects behind the vehicle.
Surround View offers a “bird’s-eye” view of the area surrounding the vehicle.
Front Top-Down View provides a view of the Sierra’s hood, bumper and front tires to help with precise maneuvering.
Rear Top-Down View shows the area between the truck bed and nearby objects.
Front Side View displays the position of the front tires, which can be helpful when maneuvering in tight spaces.
Rear Side View with Trailer Biasing.3 While driving forward, the view will automatically shift to the left or right based on the trailer’s position. In addition, when a turn signal is activated, the system will offer a rearward view of the left or right side of the vehicle and trailer based on which turn signal is activated.
Rear Trailer View with Trailer Angle Indicator4 displays a view of the area behind a connected conventional trailer using an auxiliary accessory camera. The Trailer Angle Indicator gives the driver a visual representation of the trailer’s position relative to the vehicle.
Inside Trailer View4 allows the driver to monitor cargo inside the trailer using an auxiliary accessory camera.
Picture-in-Picture Side View4 combines the rear side view with the rear trailer accessory camera view. It displays a rearward split view of the left and right sides of the vehicle and a connected trailer with an overlay view of the area behind the trailer.
Rear Camera Mirror5 is a dual-function mirror that can be used as a conventional or camera-based rearview mirror to help drivers see potential obstructions.
