THE GMC OWNER CENTER has moved to GMC.com to improve and streamline your online ownership experience. To access or create your account, visit GMC.com and select “My Account” or the account icon in the top right corner. In My Account, you can continue to shop OnStar®2 and Connected Services plans, view payment history, view diagnostic reports, schedule service, and more — all in one convenient location.

As a GMC owner, you can get answers to questions you may have about your vehicle’s functionality, such as how to connect with Bluetooth®4 and where to find the wireless charging5 pad (if equipped). You also can access information on Roadside Assistance,6 see what’s covered under the limited warranty and download a digital version of the vehicle’s Owner’s Manual.

Once signed in, you can scroll down the GMC.com webpage and click on “My GMC Account,” where you’ll find your “garage”. Here you can add a vehicle with connectivity such as OnStar and the myGMC mobile app.7 Through the app, you can access features such as remote lock/unlock (if properly equipped), locate your vehicle or check the vehicle’s diagnostics. You can also add up to eight family members, who can then share in the vehicle’s connected features and remote commands. Each family member can use their own mobile app account.

Owners can even add a vehicle that does not have connected features, and this will allow you to access vehicle-specific information, including dealer service history and limited warranties. If you still have questions — reach out to a specialist with the click of a button.

In addition, as a GMC owner you can sign up for My GMC Rewards1 and begin earning points for things you’re already doing with your vehicle. Enthusiasts will also want to visit the “merchandise” link, to find hats, shirts, coffee mugs and more, branded with some of your favorite vehicles’ logos.
